Process

Stock Removal Method

Stock removal involves using cutting wheels, belt saws, belt sanders, and abrasives to strip material away from a piece of steel.

Hammer Forged Method

The most common practice is to heat metal over or under fire until it is hot enough to be hammered into the desired shape on an anvil by hand and hammer.

Handles & Sheaths

All handles are hand made using either synthetic or organic materials. Sheaths are constructed of kydex, or leather. All sheaths are made one at a time for a custom fit for each blade.
